What is Brizabay’s return policy?

To qualify for a return, you must submit a request within 30 days of delivery. The item should be undamaged, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@brizabay.com with your order number, item details, and photos or videos. We’ll review your request, send you a return authorization number, and provide instructions. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 7 business days.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel or modify it for a full refund. After 24 hours or once the item has shipped, our return policy will apply. Please contact us at contact@brizabay.com for assistance.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange an item within 30 days of delivery.

What shipping options does Brizabay offer?

We currently offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT +1) on business days are processed the same day, while orders after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number, which may take 1-2 business days to activate. Use the link provided in the email to track your order.

Are there any additional taxes or fees ?

No, we do not charge any additional taxes or fees.

Payment Policy

What payment methods does Brizabay accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Card payments are securely processed through Stripe, with advanced encryption protecting your details. You can also pay through your PayPal account or use PayPal as a guest with a credit or debit card.
